Directions

A simple cup of tea, taken as a tonic every day, can easily become an integral part of your daily routine. Flor•Essence is most effective as a consistent habit. Drink a warm, soothing cup of tea morning and night. The beauty of this liquid tea is that the dosage can easily be adjusted to your body’s needs.

• As an antioxidant supplement, or for maintenance: take 30 ml 1 oz. once daily.
  
• For periodic cleansing: consume 2 oz. of tea per day. For extra strength, take 3 times daily. Continue for as long as you wish, depending on the extent of detoxification desired. Start with the lowest dosage and increase gradually. Take Flor•Essence at least 30 minutes before eating, or at bedtime.
  
• Dilute the liquid with an equal amount of filtered hot water, and sip slowly.
  
• Drink two litres or two quarts of pure, clean water every day, to help flush out the toxins released by the tea.

Warning

You may start to notice changes in your body. If the following symptoms arise, be sure to rest and drink lots of water to assist the clearing out of toxins. These temporary reactions are normal if slight to moderate in intensity:
